Priyanka Chopra Jonas shared some behind-the-scenes footage from her British Vogue magazine shoot on Instagram this week.
The star, who is mom to daughter Malti, was super strong in two dresses, one of which was see-through and the other with major cut-outs.
Priyanka likes to squeeze in a quick workout in the mornings, and she loves jumping rope.
Priyanka Chopra Jonas is the latest cover star for British Vogue, and this superstar mama is wasting no time in showing everyone what a strong, badass woman she is.
The 40-year-old actress and British Vogue account both shared photos on Instagram from the shoot, featuring Priyanka wearing numerous outfits that are truly, jaw-droppingly gorgeous. First, there’s Priyanka in a see-through yellow dress that highlights her curves and strong legs. That’s followed by a shot of Priyanka in a bold, blue, off-the-shoulder dress with tons of cut-outs that highly her all-over tone.
Then, head on over to Priyanka’s Instagram Stories, and you can see some behind-the-scenes footage from the shoot, where she is seriously working that see-through dress. The video then cuts to video of her posing with her adorable daughter, Malti, who is only visible from behind.
Fans and friends were all about her strong IG photos, too, and they made that clear in the comments. “Slay babe 🔥🔥❤️😍👏,” said one, while another chimed in with, “stunning 🔥.”
What does Priyanka do to get so strong? For starters, she’s big on jumping rope (which, for the record, she calls “skipping”). “I learned it really, really well in school,” she previously told Pinkvilla. “I try to get my cardio in my skipping. It’s easy to carry, you have your skipping rope in your bag, it’s easy to do.”
Priyanka said that she aims to work out three times a week. For this busy star, that usually means squeezing in a “quick workout” in the A.M. However, Priyanka has said, she’s “never consistent” with it. (She’s a mom of a toddler, after all… .)
On the food front, Priyanka told Pinkvilla that she’s into everything. “I love food,” she said. “I can’t help it. Like, I live for food… . I have breakfast talking about lunch, I have lunch talking about dinner.”
One of her favorites is stuffed parathas, which are basically Indian flatbreads stuffed with a spicy potato mixture. For lunch, Priyanka says she’ll reach for ghar ka khana, which is usually a vegetarian stew. However, she notes, “I can’t cook, so I can’t make anything for myself.”
Overall, Priyanka told Women’s Health back in 2016 that she tries to be healthy, but she doesn’t stress over it. “You don’t have to kill yourself in the gym,” she said. “You don’t have to starve yourself. I love having my pizzas and burgers and buffalo wings, on the side, for sure. But I like staying fit as well.”
